Nature Event: Eat Your Weeds!

Eat Your Weeds!

When and Where?

July 20, 2016 on the Riverwalk Patio

The whole family can learn about the edible plants that grow in the back yard with ethnobotanist Hayden Stebbins. Many plants that we try to banish from our gardens and yards are delicious, nutritious and pernicious. So why not invite them into your kitchen for a meal? “Weed” is just a word for a plant you don’t know the use of yet, and this plant talk and walk will have you seeing weeds in a whole new way. For all ages!
