Welcome to the 2025 Winter Reading Program!
The Winter Reading Program at Westport Library is for children of all ages and their grown-ups.
Warm Up With a Good Book (or a poem, or a magazine, or a cereal box) and win some prizes!
Here's how it works:
- Log into READsquared and create an account - OR use your login info from a previous reading program here at Westport Children's Library.
- After you register, visit the Children's Library to pick up an ACTIVITY SHEET that enables you to win a FREE BOOK.
- Keep track of your READING PROGRESS by logging into your account and posting the number of minutes that you read.
- For every 50 minutes that you log, come ask us for six stickers to add to our communal "paint-by-sticker" project which is displayed outside the Children's Library.
- When you have read 500 minutes, you have finished the program and can come to the Library to choose a FREE BOOK. Winter Reading ends on March 16, 2025.
