Theaters are open again and the Live Performing Arts are back again! 
Most organizations and venues are now offering in-person performances. Check the websites on this page for any special health and safety policies, such as mask or vaccination policies. 

 

Stamford Center for the Arts - Palace Theater

Offers a wide variety of performers - from comedians to dancers to a symphony orchestra. First opened in 1927, the theater was beautifully restored to preserve its old-time charm while still offering good views from virtually every seat in the house.

Ridgefield Playhouse

The Ridgefield Playhouse offers a wide range of live music, theater, dance, and cabaret.  Met Opera in HD, Bolshoi Ballet in HD series.

Quick Center for the Arts

The Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts is the major center of theatre and the arts at Fairfield University. The Center includes events such as popular and classical music, dance, theatre, Met Opera in HD, and programs for young audiences.

Fairfield Theater Company

Curtain Call

Curtain Call is a nonprofit theater company offering plays, musicals and comedy in two theaters: The Kweskin Theatre and The Dressing Room Theatre. Curtain Call is the proud recipient of The Governor’s Award for Excellence in Culture & Tourism; an ACE Award from the Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County.

Shubert Theater

New Haven's Shubert Theater presents plays, musicals, dance, classical music concerts, vaudeville, jazz artists, big bands, and special family programs. Since opening in 1914, it has played host to over 600 pre-Broadway tryouts. Many of the world’s best and most popular actors received their first professional acclaim here.
