Copy: Pressing Ctr + C keys will copy the highlighted test or object
Paste: Pressing Ctr  + V keys will paste the contents of the clipboard into any editable field
Paste without formatting: Pressing Ctrl and shift and letter V keys together will paste the contents of the clipboard without formatting into any editable field.
Undo: Pressing the Ctrl and Z keys together will allow you to undo your last action
Close: Pressing the Ctrl and W keys together will allow you to close whatever app you are viewing.
Switch Apps: Pressing the Alt abd Tab keys together will allow you to switch between apps quickly.
Close Apps: Pressing the Alt and F4nkeys together  will allow you to close all open appps.
Find: Pressing Ctrl and F keys together will allow you to open the 'Find' or 'Search'  bar within a browser or document
Show or Hide Desktop: Pressing the Windows Symbol and D keys together will allow you to minimize or reopen all open apps.
Lock your computer: Pressing the Windows symbol and L keys together will allow you to lock your computer instantly.
