All nonfiction books are shelved according to the Dewey Decimal System. This is an organization system for books that assigns each book a number depending on the subject.
Having trouble finding a book? Remember that New nonfiction is found on the Main Level and that nonfiction titles older than 6 months are found on the Riverwalk Level. Have you checked both areas and are still having trouble finding that book? Ask a librarian!
